List of songs recorded by Taylor Swift

American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has recorded material for her five studio albums and has collaborated with other artists for duets and featured songs on their respective albums. Her debut single, "Tim McGraw" was released in the summer of 2006, and her eponymous debut album ''Taylor Swift'' came out later that year. Subsequent singles from her debut, "Teardrops on My Guitar" (2007), "Our Song" (2007), "Picture to Burn" (2008), and "Should've Said No" (2008), all charted in the top 5 on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart, with "Our Song" and "Should've Said No" both reaching the top spot. While working on her next album, Swift released two EPs: ''Sounds of the Season: The Taylor Swift Holiday Collection'' (2007), and ''Beautiful Eyes'' (2008), which featured alternate versions of songs from ''Taylor Swift'' as well as two original songs she'd composed before that album's release. "I Heart ?" was released from the latter as Swift's first promotional single.
In 2008, Swift released "Change" as a promotional single from the ''AT&T Team USA Soundtrack'' supporting the US Olympic team. It debuted at No. 10 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100, her first top 10 single on that chart, and was her first release incorporating the pop rock elements that would become as prevalent in her repertoire as her signature country pop. Her second album, ''Fearless'' (2008) was an international success, topping all-genre album charts in the US, Canada, and New Zealand; winning Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Best Country Album; and becoming the most-awarded album in the history of country music. The album's lead single, "Love Story", was a critical and commercial success that affirmed Swift's staying power in the industry. It became one of the best-selling singles of all time, peaked at No. 4 on the Hot 100, and topped ''Billboard''′s Adult Contemporary (AC), Country, and Pop charts. ''Fearless'' produced four other successful singles: "White Horse" (2008), "You Belong with Me" (2009) which topped the Country and AC charts and surpassed "Love Story"'s Hot 100 peak by reaching No. 2, "Fifteen" (2009), and "Fearless" (2010). During this time, Swift also wrote and recorded "Crazier" for the soundtrack to Hannah Montana: The Movie, and had two songs featured on the ''Valentine's Day'' soundtrack (in which film Swift made her feature film acting debut): "Jump Then Fall" from the Platinum Edition of ''Fearless'', as well as a previously-unreleased song titled "Today Was a Fairytale" (2010) which served as a promotional single from the soundtrack, and was then re-released in 2011 as a digital single. "Today Was a Fairytale" was Swift's highest Hot 100 debut at No. 2, as well as her first Canadian No. 1 single.
Swift released her third studio album, ''Speak Now'', in 2010, on which she penned every track without co-writers. All fourteen songs on the album and the three bonus tracks have charted on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100; eleven of them charted concurrently, making Swift just the third artist in history and first female artist to have over ten concurrent Hot 100 hits. ''Speak Now'' is also the only album in history to spawn seventeen Hot 100 hits. It produced four top ten, seven top twenty, and nine top thirty hits.〔The songs that charted reference:

The last two topped the Hot Country chart, while "Mean" earned her a Grammy each for Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song (since she is both performer and songwriter). As part of the promotion for the Speak Now World Tour, a live album was produced featuring recorded concert performances of her Speak Now songs and a few live covers. ''Speak Now: World Tour Live'' was released in November 2011; the following year, a new version of "Long Live" was released as a single from the Brazilian edition, with additional verses written and performed by Paula Fernandes. Over the next year, Swift (co-)wrote and recorded two songs for ''The Hunger Games'' soundtrack: "Safe & Sound" with folk duo The Civil Wars, which was released as a promotional single in 2011, and "Eyes Open", which served as the soundtrack's lead (and only) official single in 2012.
The lead single for Swift's fourth studio album, "Red", with "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" became Swift's first No. 1 on the Hot 100, and also topped the Hot Country chart due to a new methodology introduced by ''Billboard'' in 2012 that benefits songs with crossover appeal. The latter also broke the record previously held by Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" as the fastest-selling single in digital history and reached the top of the iTunes charts in thirty-two countries. After releasing four promotional singles as part of a countdown to the album ("State of Grace" being the only which was not later re-issued as an official single), ''Red'' arrived in full October 22, 2012. Subsequent singles included "Begin Again" (2012) and "Red" (2013) (country radio ), and "I Knew You Were Trouble" (2012), "22" (2013), "Everything Has Changed" featuring Ed Sheeran (2013), and "The Last Time" featuring Gary Lightbody (2013) (mainstream radio ). As with ''Speak Now'' before it, every track from ''Red'' charted on a ''Billboard'' chart, though not all of them reached the Hot 100. Swift also co-wrote and recorded "Sweeter Than Fiction" for the film One Chance, which was released in October 2013 as the lead single from the film's soundtrack.
Her first official pop album, ''1989'', was released in October 2014. It was preceded by the #1 single "Shake It Off", and produced three further singles: "Blank Space" (number one), "Style" (number six), and a remix of "Bad Blood" featuring American hip hop artist Kendrick Lamar.
Though not a frequent collaborator, Swift is featured on the following songs appearing on other artists' albums: "Two Is Better Than One" (2009) with Boys Like Girls on ''Love Drunk'', "Half of My Heart" (2010) with John Mayer on ''Battle Studies'', "Both of Us" (2012) with B.o.B on ''Strange Clouds'', and "Highway Don't Care" (2013) with Tim McGraw on ''Two Lanes of Freedom''. Swift has also recorded two songs in support of charity: "Breathless" on the 2010 ''Hope for Haiti Now'' album, and a charity single entitled "Ronan" for the Stand up to Cancer telethon in 2012, from which all proceeds went to support cancer charities.
